Lauren Murphy, a local teen, was selected to be a part of Virginia’s 4-H National Muzzleloader Development Team.
Lauren excelled during the 2020-2021 Virginia Shooting Sports Education season and stood out as a competitor, surpassing her competition and being chosen as a member of the team. Lauren will compete alongside her three teammates representing Virginia in the 2022 4-H Shooting Sports National Championships June 26th to July 1, in Grand Island, Nebraska. This national 4-H muzzleloader event is a three-stage event consisting of a 50-yard bullseye, silhouettes, and 25-yard novelty.
