The Ronceverte City Council met at its new location at 124 Cedar Street on Feb. 2. The meeting was brief and focused primarily on two items. Council approved the appointment of David Withrow to the Zoning and Planning Board of Appeals. An opening on the Parks and Recreation Committee was also announced, with letters of interest being accepted through March 1, 2026.
In other city news, the City of Ronceverte announced on its Facebook page that shelter rentals for Island Park will begin on Feb. 4 at 8:30 a.m. Rentals will be handled at the new City Hall location.
The next city council meeting is scheduled for March 2 at 7 p.m.
