The Patrick County Cross Country Team competed in the Bassett Piedmont District Meet at the Smith River Complex on September 7.
PCHS ladies finished 1st in the Girls Division. Callie Wood was 2nd overall, finishing the 2-mile course in 15:01. Irene Smith place 6th with a time of 15:57, and Mackenzie Williams was 13th with a time of 16:48.
The Patrick County Boys were 3rd overall. Moi Cisneros placed 4th with a time of 12:21.
