ELFKINS, W.Va. — Elkins has been transformed into ‘Elfkins’ for the 2025 holiday season, as announced by this sign located on the corner of Davis Avenue and Sixth Street. With Thanksgiving now behind us, the Christmas season is directly in front of us, offering many opportunities to donate food for families and gift items for children. The ‘Elfkins’ tradition began in 2022, after volunteers joined forces with downtown businesses to plan holiday events and activities throughout the month of December.
