David “Tyke” Bodkin, 77, of Fairmont, WV passed away on Jan. 14, 2026 at the Fairmont Rehabilitation Center surrounded by family and friends.
Tyke was born on May 20, 1948, he was beloved son of the late Belva Bodkin and the devoted husband of the late Julie Esultante Bodkin. They shared 43 years of marriage.
Tyke graduated from Parsons High School class of 1966 where he lettered in baseball, football and basketball and was a dedicated member of the high school band.
He went on to graduate from Fairmont State College, earning a degree in engineering. He worked and retired in the field.
Interment is in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Fairmont, WV.
