At a recent Troutville Town Council meeting, Troutville resident Raymond Whitlock (right) was presented with a certificate of appreciation from the town for his continued support and dedication to the Troutville Town Park. Whitlock has volunteered his time and expertise to many projects at the park over the years. He is pictured with Troutville Mayor David Horton.
