On Wednesday, Sept. 7, the Town of Stuart is planning to perform utility work in the roadway of E Blue Ridge Street in the vicinity of the Patrick County School Bus Garage. The utility work will require at least one lane of traffic to be closed and a flagging operation to be performed. E Blue Ridge Street is anticipated to be repaved on Thursday, Sept. 8, which will also require a lane of traffic to be closed. Town officials ask that all commuters be aware of the road work to be performed in this area and plan to use alternative routes accordingly.
