Rainy days are necessary to see the fall flowers bloom. This was certainly true when members of the Mountaineer Garden Club selected YOM for October 2022.
Residential YOM selection is longtime resident Jeanette Bishoff’s home on Railroad Avenue.. The twin dogwoods with fall berries galore, mums and the last of summer’s roses make this a very welcoming scene.
Business YOM for October is the Pocket Park on Front Street. Corn stalks, mums and straw bales with pumpkins makes it a welcoming stop for a chat with a friend.
The Mountaineer Garden Club is accepting new members. Next meeting is on Tuesday October 4th at 6 PM.
