This season, bring out those magical Christmas stories for bedtime stories. There is no better way to forge cherished memories than reading with your child. Our family tradition of reading the Christmas story from the Bible on Christmas Eve, carries on today. If you don’t celebrate Christmas, you can find many other magical children’s books and the short days of winter are perfect for reading.
Books make a wonderful gift for everyone on your list. You can order from many websites such as Amazon and Thriftbooks or find treasures galore in the Craig Library’s book barns for a very small price. I love buying fix-it books for my favorite handyman or horse books for a child who is obsessed with horses. I love bargain prices and re-using of materials that are perfectly good.
Snuggle up by the fire with a good book and enjoy the magic of the season!
