Members of the James River High School Class of 1971 recently donated a copy of fellow classmate E.O. (Mackie) Shiflett’s novel “UNDERCOVER-A Tale of Caution” to the Buchanan and Eagle Rock libraries. Shiflett’s first book has won a People’s Choice Award for fiction; he is currently working a sequel to his book.
