The New Castle Parade lasted a long time and the smiles, laughter and exuberant atmosphere that the entrees and music created proved to be fun. Many of the kids lit up as the EMS vehicles drove through with their lights turned on and horns tooting, as the kids gave the arm motion to blow their horns.
