A Writ of Election was issued Friday afternoon for unexpired term of Dean Paderick’s Town Council seat in Troutville. Deadline for candidates to submit forms to be on the November ballot for this seat is Friday, August 19 at 5 p.m. Paperwork must be in the Registrar’s Office in Fincastle by that time.
