- Ryan Moore, 20, of Daleville, driving under the influence, refusing breath test, October 4
- Logan Perdue, 26, of Buchanan, distributing Schedule drugs, October 4
- William Yates, 45, of Roanoke, domestic assault, October 6
- Latisha Rickerson, 44, of Roanoke, domestic assault, October 6
- Robert Poehner, 62, of Troutville, reckless handling of a firearm, brandishing a firearm, simple assault, October 8
- Troy Thomas, 59, of Roanoke, drunk in public, October 8
