- Alden Penland, 35, Cloverdale, malicious wounding, Dec. 17
- Carlos A. Cubas-Oseguera, 25, transient, reckless driving, no operators license, Dec. 17
- Robert T. Chambers, 39, Fairfield, driving under the influence, attempted malicious wounding, marijuana manufacturing/distribution, schedule drug possession, eluding, Dec. 18
