Parsons Mayor, recently signed the proclamation for both Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Awareness at the City Hall building. As a community we must embrace our voices and be agents for change and continue to work together, support victims and increase participation in efforts to prevent Sexual Assault and Child Abuse in all forms.
