On Saturday, hundreds of people enjoyed the colorful fall drive on Route 42 (what people call God’s Country) to Joe’s Trees to enjoy the day’s festivities. Olivia Slusher and her four children enjoyed the day with family and friends, taking a picture at one of the many places that were set up. There were vendors selling wares and food, a joyful hayride to the pumpkin patch, a corn maze, gem mining and a car show. Pumpkins and fall decor were for sale as well as many decorations in the store. They even had moonshine jelly for sale. Joe’s Trees is still open with pumpkins, and it soon will be time to pick out a Christmas tree at their farm.
