Mr. Danny Wendell Sheppard, age 62 of Stuart, VA passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022. He was born November 19, 1959, in Patrick County to the late Alvis Prescott Sheppard and Rachel Morse Sheppard. Danny loved to cook, being outside, fishing, and hunting. He worked at Pannell and Puma for several years, but his favorite job was working outdoors at the Blue Ridge Fish Hatchery.
Surviving are his son Caleb Sheppard (Stephanie) of Patrick Springs; one grandson, Westyn Sheppard of Patrick Springs; three brothers, Gary (Ann) Sheppard, Odean (Donna) Sheppard, and Barry Sheppard, all of Stuart two sisters; Janice Epperson (Gene) of Claudville, and Susan (Johnnie) Bennett of Stuart, nephews; Mitch Sheppard, and Anthony Bennett, and nieces, Shannon Sowers, Lynette Goins, and Kelly Lang.
