The Salem Police Department reported the following people were arrested and charged Feb. 8-21. Arrest indicates an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in court. Police do not release the names of persons under the age of 18.
Those arrested and their charges were listed as:
Feb. 8 – Joshua A. Stover, 34, public intoxication; and Cory J. Reynolds, 33, possession of controlled substance.
Feb. 9 – Rebekah A. Burnham, 43, assault and battery
Feb. 10 – Tony S. Worrell III, 19, possession of controlled substance
Feb. 11 – Kevin T. Jessee, 40, conceal merchandise; and Jarrett E. Gilmore, 29, public intoxication.
Feb. 12 – Rex P. Settles, 42, shoplifting
Feb. 13 – Robert L. White, 43, criminal trespass
Feb. 14 – Leslie A. Reusch, 31, DUI; and Brandon S. May, 41, violation of probation.
Feb. 15 – Heather L. Oakes, 45, public intoxication
Feb. 16 – Heather L. Oakes, 45, public intoxication
Feb. 17 – Reginald L. Brown, 41, violation of protective order; Phillip L. Hall, 40, violation of protective order; and Michael L. Murray, 38, fugitive from justice.
Feb. 18 – Danna L. Jones, 59, violation of probation; James S. Eubank, 57, possess firearm by felon, threatening/brandishing; and Leron W. Smith, 31, DUI.
Feb. 19 – Heather L. Oakes, 45, public intoxication
Feb. 20 – Anthony J. Baker Jr., 27, domestic assault and battery
Feb. 21 – Adolfo V. Acevedo, 27, DUI, evading police; Emily K. Weddle, 35, possession of controlled substance; and Frederick L. Haibon, 40, public intoxication.
