Jeff Bird prepares to make the move into Administration

Salem School Division Superintendent, Dr. Alan Seibert, is pleased to announce that Jeff Bird has been named an assistant principal at Salem High School.

Bird received formal approval from the School Board at its May 8 meeting. This administrative position of Assistant Principal at the high school and Division Coordinator of Assessment was made possible by restructuring and repurposing current leadership positions in the division.

“It has been a privilege to have taught mathematics at Salem High School over the past 17 years, and I am honored to have the opportunity to continue to serve the Salem community in this new role,” says Bird.
